We are now accepting applications for our 2017 Fall Internships! If you are a college student looking for college credit and have a passion for sharing love and kindness, we want to work with you! Positions available are listed below. MUST be a college student to apply. MUST be local to Nashville, Tennessee to apply. Graphic Design 
Responsibilities: Create and edit graphics for email newsletters, advertising campaigns and promotional materials. Collaborate with other departments to design new templates and complete special projects. 
Qualifications: Creative problem solving skills for visual design. Understanding of design principles. Ability to work under tight deadlines with great attention to detail. Experience and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign on a Mac platform. Online portfolio is a must. Candidates must be enrolled in college or university. Only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted.
ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Art Director to shoot photographs that will be processed into the Design Department for photo manipulation. Have a keen creative eye to stage photographs and videos through the setup of lights and backdrops, craft-making, and (very important) "things neatly organized" styling. Research, budget, and acquire the necessary props, product, and equipment to execute visual concepts. Scout locations and post casting calls for photo/video talent and additional crew members. Have the drive and excitement to be out and about and always on the move. 
QualificationsA portfolio that reflects your photography production work. Hands-on technical experience with D-SLR cameras (Canon 7D, Panasonic Lumix GH4 a plus). Proficiency in Adobe CC Programs – specifically Photoshop and/or Lightroom Experience working on photo or video production shoots both in studio and on location. A strong attention to detail to the point of obsession. Even-tempered, proactive and positive attitude Strong communication skills – across an organization as well as with clients. Bonus points if you're outspoken and stand up for your work!
ResponsibilitiesExecute merchandising & promotional marketing plans and operational functions to company standards. Assist customers with any questions they may have in regards to featured client products/services during each marketing & client acquisition promotion. Gain knowledge of marketing and branding strategies. Apply knowledge of the products, services, and brands to develop customized marketing & sales strategies. Ensure the highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieved sales goals. Assist the marketing manager with any day to day administrative support as required. 
Qualifications: Coursework in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, and related fields an asset. Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal. Able to interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic, and outgoing manner with management, clients, and consumers in any setting. Able to work independently and as a motivated team player.
Responsibilities: Work to write copy that translates product and marketing strategies into creative, on-brand messaging. Will be responsible for effectively writing in multiple formats across different channels: website copy, social media, emails, product, and more. Work to ensure copy meets project or campaign objectives and meets brand standards. Compose compelling and grammatically clean short-form copy that tells a focused narrative, and drives strong and persuasive calls to action.
QualificationsExceptional writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills. Create messaging that engages and delights consumer audience. Leverage established brand messaging in creative ways. Curiosity and ability to rapidly learn about our products and services. Produce factually accurate, error-free copy. Able to multi-task and manage time effectively to meet (sometimes quick) deadlines. Self-starter - take initiative, ownership of work and confidently generate new ideas. Familiarity with social media is a MUST.
